Terms
The agreement between your business and us when you ask for a free draft or keep your site on a plan. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
Who we are
Sitecraft is run by SSDev Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company 08303792, VAT GB155207133), 16 Hudson Street, Bicester OX26 2ER. You can reach us at support@sitecraft.studio.
Who Sitecraft is for
Sitecraft is for businesses, including sole traders. By ordering you confirm you're acting for your business, not as a private consumer.
Your free draft
- We build a draft website from what you send us and what's publicly available about your business (for example your current website).
- The draft is free. There's nothing to pay and nothing to cancel. If you don't choose a plan, the draft comes down after 14 days.
- We may decline to build a draft, for example for a business or content we can't support.
Plans and payment
- In pounds — Essential: £29 a month or £296 a year. Growth: £49 a month or £500 a year. Plus VAT at the standard UK rate.
- In rand (South Africa) — Essential: R650 a month or R6,600 a year. Growth: R1,100 a month or R11,200 a year. No VAT is added.
- You're charged in the currency shown when you choose your plan.
- There's no setup fee and no minimum term. You pay in advance for each month or year, by card through Stripe, until you cancel.
- What each plan includes is listed on our pricing. Anything marked “coming soon” isn't included until it's released.
- “Bigger changes, done by us” means changes you ask for from your account, which we make for you. Essential includes 2 a month (unused ones don't carry over); Growth has no monthly limit, within reason for a small business site.
- If we change our prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next payment at the new price.
Sitecraft × Social Mediator partner offer
- Use code SOCIALMEDIATOR at checkout for 50% off your first 3 monthly payments when you buy a monthly plan by 23:59 on Sunday 1 November 2026 (UK time).
- After those 3 payments, the normal monthly price applies. You can cancel any time, as with any plan.
- One use per business. It doesn't apply to yearly plans and can't be combined with any other offer.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time by emailing support@sitecraft.studio. Cancelling stops the next payment; your site stays live until the end of the period you've already paid for, then comes down. We don't refund part-used months or years.
If you use your own domain name, it stays yours: it's registered in your name with your provider, and you can point it anywhere you like.
Your content
- You own the words, photos and logos you give us. You confirm you have the right to use them, and you give us permission to use them to build and host your site.
- Your draft and site may include text we write and images we create or source for you. You can use them on your Sitecraft site.
- Please check your site is accurate (prices, opening hours, claims about your business) before you choose a plan and after any change. You're responsible for what your site says.
- Don't use Sitecraft for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful. We may take a site down if it is.
Your visitors' messages
When someone uses the enquiry form on your site, we pass their message to you by email and keep a copy so it isn't lost. We handle those messages only to run your site, on your behalf. Our privacy notice explains how.
Keeping the service running
We work hard to keep sites online and secure, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted. We may change how Sitecraft works, as long as we don't take away what your plan includes.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, we aren't liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change applies to you.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
